Heel pain and plantarfasciitis the most common injuries our podiatrists treat.  There are many causes of heel pain. It is important to be assessed and obtain the correct diagnosis to guide treatment. Treatment for heel pain can involve exercise therapy, orthotics, footwear advice, extracorporeal shockwave therapy or occasionally injection.

There is often a specific cause for growing pains and treatment is usually simple, pain free and effective. Intoeing or other developmental issues with walking and running are also common and can be easily treated.

Ingrown Toenails

Ingrown toenails are common and debilitating. Our team can provide full treatment of painful ingrown toenails which can involve simple conservative care or permanent surgical removal of ingrown nails. Advice on the best treatment option can be provided on an initial consult.

Corns, Calluses & Warts

Treatments for these common skin complaints are usually pain free and can be provided on an initial consult. Our podiatrists can usually diagnose and provide treatments on these issues on first inspection.

Diabetic Foot Care & Treatment

Diabetes can significantly affect the feet and cause serious injury, infection and even amputation. Early assessment and treatment is imperative to reduce complication risk. Our podiatrists assess and provide diabetic foot care on a routine, daily basis and are highly equipped to treat any complications.

Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy

This treatment is effective in reducing pain and improving healing times in chronic foot and leg complaints. These include heel pain and plantarfasciitis, achilles tendonopathy and other tendon injuries.
